Please read through the following terms and conditions. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and bound by these terms. Once payment has been made, there is strictly no cancellation of order.

Item(s) will be sent out only after payment of the buyer is made.

LoveDeco will not be held responsible for any lost mails. Registered mail is recommended. Prices stated are non-inclusive of postage fee unless stated.

For self-collection of goods, should the buyer could not collect his or her product within a month, the product will be sold to another person with no refund (even if the product is paid for).

Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without acknowledgement of the buyers.

1) POSB/DBS Bank Transfers

- Kindly let us know when you have transferred so that we are able to check

2) STRICTLY NO meetups for payment

*******Methods of Collection*******

1) Self Collection / Meetup

- Only for purchases above $50

- Recommended if there are orders for many bottles of nail polishes

- STRICTLY only at Tampines MRT Station (time and date is up to the decision of LoveDeco and will be updated to you)

2) Normal Postage

- Free only for purchases above $50

- Additional fees depend on the items purchased *(check)

3) Registered Postage

- Additional $2.50 + Weightage Cost

- Registered postage is by Singpost, so a tracking number will be provided for you to track your package. Any lost/delay in delivery please contact them.

4) Normal Courier

- Additional $7

- Please kindly ensure that you / someone is at the certain directed location between the timing of 9am – 6pm so as to receive the parcel

- Will be done by Ta-Q-Bin couriers, so a tracking number will be provided for you to track your package. Any lost/delay in delivery please contact them.

5) Express Courier

- Additional $20

- Please kindly state the timing and location to deliver to (eg. 2-4pm, *ensure at least 2hrs difference and there is no delivery made after 6pm)

- A tracking number and contact number of the courier will be provided for you to track your package. Any lost/delay in delivery please contact them.

*******Refund Policy*******

Should there be any products out of stocks, LoveDeco will refund you the FULL amount of the product(s).

If items reach us in extremely poor condition and fail to tally with the specifications, a full refund will be given.

*However, buyers must be fair and not expect 100% similarity. LoveDeco reserves the right to decide if refund is to be made.
